FLUTTER

I wrote this piece one morning feeling a bit sentimental about the fact that my daughter will be moving out for college soon. And by soon, I mean in a year. It is a bit hard to process for mothers that we have to let go of our children. I am sure a lot of moms can relate to this. But what I hope to achieve with this is for her (and many other sons and daughters) to know, that no matter how hard it may be, we (your mom or dad) will always love you tremendously and will always be rooting for you.

On a side note, I have given this piece for Ana Luna to write a melody/song about. She rearranged a few things, I gave her a base melody, and she did her magic. The woman is tremendously talented.
